100th Day of School
It was a fine day when we held our 100th Day of School at SDH Manado Classroom (K1), started from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The committee had agreed to celebrate in such a simple yet meaningful event. The point of celebrating this event was to invite both students and teachers to reflect and realize God’s companion and mercy during our learning process. Thus, our 15 minutes devotion during the week was about God Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Also, we spent some time during the lesson to make a crown written “I Am 100 Days Smarter” on it. The students were excitedly coloring, cutting, and decorating their own crown.
On the D-day, we happily put the crown on top of our heads and blew out candle number 100 given from the committee to each classroom. As the homeroom teacher cut and shared the cake to each student, we said our prayer with a grateful heart for God has enabling us to the 100th day of this academic year. To God be the glory. All for Jesus!
